Terms
Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms cover BwU Connect, the app at crm.abfiaccounting.com, run by Build With Umaima (also written ABFI Accounting). The CRM privacy notice explains what data it handles.
1. What it is
A private tool for running Build With Umaima's marketing and client work: contacts, comments and messages in one inbox, and posts that wait for a person to approve them before they go out. Each client gets a separate workspace where they connect their own accounts, approve their own posts and see their own stats; nothing in it mixes with another client's. It is not open to the public and there is no sign-up page.
2. Who may use it
- Only people Build With Umaima has invited, each with their own login and an authenticator code. The one exception is a temporary password-only login for platform app reviewers (Meta, Google, LinkedIn): it opens only a demo workspace with test accounts, sees no real data, and ends by itself within 21 days.
- An account may only connect social media or Google accounts that the person owns or is authorised to manage.
- Logins are personal. Do not share them, and tell info@abfiaccounting.com straight away if you think one has been misused.
- Do not use the CRM to send spam, to collect data about people without a lawful reason, or to break any platform's rules.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect an account, the platform's own terms also apply to what you do through the CRM.
- YouTube: the CRM uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to what Google does with your data.
- Facebook, Instagram and Threads: the Meta Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use.
- LinkedIn: the LinkedIn User Agreement.
You can disconnect any account at any time in the CRM, or remove the app's access in the platform's own settings.
4. Approvals
Nothing is posted, published or sent from the CRM until a person with permission approves it. Whoever approves a post is responsible for its content.
5. Availability
The CRM is provided as it is. Build With Umaima works to keep it running and secure but cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and platforms can change or limit their features at any time.
6. Ending access
Build With Umaima can end a user's access at any time, for example when a project ends or if these terms are broken. Data is then deleted as described in the privacy notice.
